The opportunity
Our client is a respected design studio with an energetic international outlook and a growing portfolio of boutique hotels, restaurants and destination led projects. They are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their Bangkok studio and help create memorable guest experiences from the first concept through to project completion.
This role will suit a designer who enjoys the early creative stages as much as the detail of bringing a project to life. You will work in a collaborative team, contribute original ideas and take ownership of key areas of design development across several projects.
What you will do
- Develop original concept directions for hospitality and lifestyle interiors.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections and presentation decks.
- Translate approved concepts into coordinated interior design packages.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, suppliers and clients across the region.
- Support site coordination and review design details during delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive creative studio culture.
What you will bring
- A minimum of eight years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong hospitality, restaurant or lifestyle project experience.
- A portfolio with a clear point of view, excellent material sensitivity and completed work.
- Confidence presenting creative ideas and responding constructively to feedback.
- Good knowledge of technical documentation and consultant coordination.
- Professional fluency in English. Experience working in Asia is an advantage.
