The opportunity
Our client is an established international interior architecture and design business delivering distinctive hospitality, residential and commercial environments. They are looking for an experienced Projects Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple interior design projects in Dubai.
The successful candidate will bring clear leadership, commercial awareness and an organised approach to managing teams, programmes, quality and client expectations. This role is central to ensuring that creative ambition is supported by strong project control from briefing through completion.
What you will do
- Lead several concurrent interior design projects from early planning through successful completion.
- Develop project programmes, resource plans, budgets and delivery priorities.
- Monitor progress, identify delivery risks early and drive practical solutions.
- Manage design teams and support a collaborative, accountable studio environment.
- Act as a principal contact for clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
- Oversee quality, documentation, technical coordination and compliance throughout the project process.
- Review project costs, scope changes, payment requirements and commercial performance where required.
- Support site coordination, technical reviews, material submittals, shop drawing reviews and project close out.
What you will bring
- A minimum of ten years of senior experience leading people, resources and complex projects.
- Demonstrable project management experience within interior architecture, design or a closely related industry.
- Strong site and post contract experience, including coordination, technical submittals, shop drawings and quality control.
- Confidence coordinating consultants, contractors and internal design teams across active projects.
- Commercial awareness, sound financial judgement and a clear understanding of project programmes.
- Excellent English communication, organisation, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge of project programming tools, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and relevant design software.
